How to Check Balance ?

When you need to find out your MM Wallet balance and transaction history.

Step 1
Make a MissCall to 03 2690 1900.

Step 2
MM will send you a SMS containing your MM Wallet balance, member balance points, and your transaction history.

How to change MMPIN?

When you want to change your MMPIN.
If you do not have your MMPIN, you will have to call our Member CareLine at 1800 87 9998.

Step 1
Write the following SMS and send to 66123.

MMPIN [OLD MMPIN] [NEW MMPIN]

Example:

MMPIN 123456 889900

Step 2
MM will send you a SMS requesting your to reconfirm your new MMPIN.

Please reconfirm the 6-digit PIN that you have just keyed in by sending only the 6-digit PIN again to 66123 or 012-6182772. (e.g. 128128)

Step 3
Reply the SMS with your new MMPIN.

[NEW MMPIN]

Example:

889900

Step 4
MM will send you a SMS informing your of the successful MMPIN change.

Your 6-digit PIN has been successfully changed.

How to select your preferred language?

When you want to change the language of the incoming SMS .

Step 1
Write the following SMS and send to 66123.
You have a choice of Bahasa, English & Chinese.

[LANGUAGE]

Example:

ENGLISH

Step 2
MM will send you a SMS informing your of the successful language change.

Your language preference has been changed to English.
