How long does it take to get my account updated by the billers?
It takes 2 working days. It is important for you to pay your bills 3 days before the due date to avoid any problems.

How am I sure money has been paid?
Mobile Money shall send you a reference number every time you make a payment. You may check it by sms to 66123 to confirm if payment has been done, click here to find out more. You may also go to MM website to check your Mobile Money Account.
