Chairman Dato' Zainal Abidin bin Putih
Dato' Zainal Abidin bin Putih was appointed as chairman of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd with effect from 1 June 2005. He is a qualified chartered accountant from the England and Wales Institute. He has had extensive experience in public accounting practices. He has held, and continues to hold some of the top positions in the nation's largest organizations.

Current positions:
- Chairman of Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad.
- Chairman of the Malaysian Accounting Standard Board.
- Independent Non-Executive Director on the Tenaga Nasional Berhad.
- Director of ESSO Malaysia Berhad.

Past positions:
- Partner, Executive Director, Country Managing Partner and Chairman in the firm of Hanafiah Rasian & Mohamad, which merged with Ernst & Young in 2002.
- Chairman of Mentakab Rubber Company Berhad.
- President of Malaysia Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
- Member of the Multimedia & Communication Commission of Malaysia.
- Trustee of IJN Foundation

Managing Director Eng Sia, Lee
Mr. Lee Eng Sia has been the Managing Director of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd since 1 December 2004. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Auckland, New Zealand in 1978.

1979 - Joined Hitachi Semiconductors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as Production Engineer.
1980 - Joined Hewlett-Packard (M) Sdn Bhd.
1988 - Took over his family business, Nibong Tebal Paper Mills Sdn Bhd as Managing Director, a position which he held until 2000.
2003 - Became Chairman of REDtone International Berhad until 2005.

Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Kwan Chow, Cheang
Mr.Cheang Kwan Chow was appointed as Non Independent and Non Executive Director of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd effective on 22/07/2008. He is a Member of the Institute of Arbitrators, London, United Kingdom and sits on the Panel of Arbitrators of The Palm Oil Refiners Association of Malaysia.

Received his Diploma in Marketing from Redditch College, Worcestershire, England in 1976 and Postgraduate Diploma in Export Marketing and Diploma in Export from Buckinghamshire College, England in 1978. Obtained his Masters of Arts Communications Management from University of South Australia, Adelaide in 1999.

He is presently, Deputy Chairman of Malayan Sugar Manufacturing Company Berhad and holds Directorship in PBB Group Berhad.

Non-Independent Non-Executive Director Robert Mebruer
Mr. Robert Mebruer was appointed as the Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd with effect on 18 July 2006.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communication/Journalism and Bachelor of Science in Business from Southeastern Mo. State in 1983 and his Master of Business Administration, International Finance from University of Chicago in 1990.

1990 - Joined Scott Paper Company as Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Asia Pacific.
1994 - Joined Omni Marketing Group Asia as Managing Partner and currently is the Chairman of Omni Marketing Group
